{"id":869,"date":"2021-12-13T14:09:16","date_gmt":"2021-12-13T12:09:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advisorscada.com\/?p=869"},"modified":"2022-08-22T19:46:02","modified_gmt":"2022-08-22T16:46:02","slug":"rishennja-advisor-scada-avtomatizacija-servisnogo-obslugovuvannja-inzhenernogo-obladnannja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/advisorscada.com\/en\/rishennja-advisor-scada-avtomatizacija-servisnogo-obslugovuvannja-inzhenernogo-obladnannja\/","title":{"rendered":"Advisor SCADA Solutions: Automation of engineering equipment service"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advisor SCADA real estate management service in partnership with companies&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/advansys.ua\/\">Advansys Group<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/service.aclima.ua\/uk\">Aclima Service<\/a>&nbsp;developed an innovative proposal to improve the quality of service maintenance of engineering equipment of buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new functionality allows to implement automation in the following systems and equipment: air conditioning, air ventilation, water supply, fire and security alarms, power supply, elevator and other equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After installing and configuring Advisor devices, new capabilities will open in the  Advisor SCADA Control Panel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Real-time remote monitoring of connected equipment: status indicator, documentation, service history and work status, site location map.<\/li><li>Creation of schedules for its routine maintenance and appointment of responsible persons, fixing the terms of service contracts, searching for contractors;<\/li><li>Notifications to the service console and the owner: about accidents, service period, time of departure of the service team.<\/li><li>Monitoring the performance of service work and downloading reports from contractors.<\/li><li>Operating budget forecasting.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advisor SCADA is the only automated service for engineering systems in Ukraine that offers an effective mechanism for significant savings in operating costs during maintenance.
