Advisor SCADA Solutions: Automation of engineering equipment service
Advisor SCADA real estate management service in partnership with companies Advansys Group and Aclima Service developed an innovative proposal to improve the quality of service maintenance of engineering equipment of buildings.
The new functionality allows to implement automation in the following systems and equipment: air conditioning, air ventilation, water supply, fire and security alarms, power supply, elevator and other equipment.
After installing and configuring Advisor devices, new capabilities will open in the Advisor SCADA Control Panel:
- Real-time remote monitoring of connected equipment: status indicator, documentation, service history and work status, site location map.
- Creation of schedules for its routine maintenance and appointment of responsible persons, fixing the terms of service contracts, searching for contractors;
- Notifications to the service console and the owner: about accidents, service period, time of departure of the service team.
- Monitoring the performance of service work and downloading reports from contractors.
- Operating budget forecasting.
